Nawal has been teaching & practicing yoga for 15 years , she is a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance who focuses on YIN yoga, deep anatomy education and Gentle Hatha Yoga for body awareness, care  and maintenance.  She is also a MindValley Certified 6-Phase Meditation Facilitator.   Workshops or classes available for groups, individuals or corporate settings or if you are interested becoming a 200-hour registered yoga teacher inquire here.

Nawal is an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience, holding the prestigious "Experienced" Yoga teacher designation and being a registered yoga school. With a diverse background in dance and performance art, Nawal offers transformative experiential workshops, fusing experimental movement with yoga. She emphasizes safe alignment, anatomy knowledge, and personalized experiences, honoring each individual's unique skeletal structure. Additionally, Nawal is training to become a dance movement therapist, integrating movement and healing into her teaching to provide students with an opportunity for expressive movement and character development.
