Join us spring 2025 to start your journey to becoming a professional yoga teacher!

A registered yoga teacher training can give you the tools to a new career and expert in your own self care. We study yoga philosophy, Asana (poses), anatomy & physiology and learn to teach safely and effectively. This training is registered with YOGA ALLIANCE upon completion of 200 hours program and all assignments submitted . We ran our first Module 1 November 2024 and it was fantastic! We will run Modules 1, 2, 3 & 4 during 2025 spring and fall seasons. All sessions will be held at A-Krew Dance & Pilates, Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada
