28 Day Yoga Habit
28 days to integrate your practice.
This 28-day practice challenge is an invitation to build a sustainable, embodied relationship with yoga — one that supports you in daily life, not just on the mat. Rooted in breath, movement, and attention, the practices are simple, repeatable, and accessible to both teachers and non-teachers alike. The focus is not on perfection or performance, but on consistency, awareness, and returning again and again to what’s already here.

The Story

This challenge was born from a simple question I kept returning to:
How do we actually maintain a practice in real life?
Originally, I created this framework to support my teacher trainees — to help them establish strong foundations and learn how to return to their practice again and again, even when life is busy, messy, or demanding. Teaching requires something steady underneath it, and that steadiness comes from practice that is lived, not idealized.

Over time, I realized this wasn’t just for teachers.

The tools I rely on daily — breathwork, mindfulness, and physical practice for strength or flexibility — all come from yoga. They help me regulate my nervous system, break negative loops, refocus my energy, or simply take a few moments to soften and breathe.
This challenge is designed to offer small, digestible, and integratable practices you can use immediately — whether you need grounding, clarity, movement, or a pause. Nothing complicated. Nothing overwhelming. Just practical ways to feel a little better, reconnect with yourself, and return to center.

If you feel called to take your practice deeper and are curious about teaching, stay tuned — our 2026–2027 accredited Yoga Teacher Training will be launching soon.
