Transcendental Whirling
Verticality Axis Meditation
Whirling: The Practice of Conscious Turning
Whirling is one of the most ancient human movement impulses — turning around a central axis.
Long before it was ritualized, turning was a way to shift perception, alter awareness, and reorganize the body’s relationship to gravity.
My approach to whirling is not religious.
It is embodied, technical, and experiential.
For over 16 years, I have taught whirling as a method of nervous system training, spatial intelligence, and energetic integration. What appears simple — spinning — is in fact a sophisticated dialogue between balance, breath, fascia, and focus.
Whirling reveals where you brace.
It reveals how you regulate.
It reveals how you return to center.

Whirling as Embodied Meditation
3-Hour Master Class
This workshop introduces participants to safe, progressive turning as a practice of presence.
We explore:
• Axis alignment and structural efficiency
• How to work with (not fight) dizziness
• Vestibular system conditioning
• Breath rhythm and rotational endurance
• Emotional regulation through circular movement
• Entering meditative states through sustained turning
The session builds gradually, allowing participants to experience clarity and steadiness within motion.
No prior dance experience is required.
Experienced movers refine technical precision and energetic depth

My Method
My work bridges:
– Somatic awareness and fascia release
– Performance and stage presence
– Feminine/masculine energetic balance
– Breath-led nervous system regulation
– Sustainable spinning technique
Whirling, in my methodology, is a tool for embodiment — not performance alone, not ritual alone — but integration.
