Who is this training for?

This program is for beginners seeking a guided foundation, committed practitioners wanting to deepen their knowledge, and anyone drawn to teaching yoga, wellness and stress reduction tools into their personal or professional life.

What certification will I receive?

You’ll graduate with a 200-hour certificate from a Yoga Alliance–registered school, qualifying you to register as RYT-200 and teach worldwide.

Do I need an advanced yoga practice before joining?

No. The training is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re starting your journey or already established in your practice. We have 6 months together to build your practice.

How is the training structured?

It runs over six months (Nov 2025 – May 2026), with weekend intensives in Cairo, weekly online support, and a final 5-day graduation retreat.

Is there an online option?

Yes. The training runs in parallel online with the same hours, curriculum, and certification. Online students join monthly weekend intensives, weekly calls, and adjusted Ramadan sessions.

What else will we study beyond postures?

Curriculum includes anatomy, physiology, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology, professional essentials, safety/contraindications, and live teaching practice with feedback. Our curriculum meets all requirements for the core competencies as outline by yoga alliance.

What styles of yoga are covered?

A Hatha and Yin hybrid approach, blending strength, flow, stillness, and introspection.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings and makeup options will be available, though live participation is encouraged. All assigned reading, assignments and projects must be turned in and evaluated to receive your certificate.
