About the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Hybrid Hatha–Yin Approach

Rooted in Hatha Yoga, gentle Kripalu style with a strong introduction to Yin, and shaped by my background in dance, and embodied movement arts. These create a holistic practice that balances structure with flow, discipline with creativity while honoring the core competencies of YOGA.

With over 16 years of teaching experience and thousands of hours guiding students worldwide, I bring a depth of practice that goes beyond certification
