Bellydance Bootcamp
In this Workshop we use contemporary dance warm up and then explore
Isolations: hard contractions and body waves Soft Contractions and Undulations.
This class breaks down all the muscle knwledge for elegant and effortless bellydance movement.
We end class with a short dance Combination using all the information you learned :)
