Anchoring the Pyramid Grid — A Post-Eid Reflection & Solstice Invitation

After five days in the village for Eid—soaking in family, countryside stillness, and ridiculously good food—I came back to Cairo recharged, but also hyper-aware of how much I was missing my own rhythm. There’s a sacred timing to returning to routine, especially when that routine is more than just functional—it’s aligned. The month before, I had a clear realization: I need a consistent routine. I’d been traveling nonstop, and life in Cairo—with all its energy and endless options—had me riding the waves of my hyper-ADD lifestyle.
It was fun, but it was also too much. If you’ve been following my blog or socials, you know I’ve been talking a lot about the importance of building a home rhythm. It’s a core human need, I believe. But for me, the constant movement mixed with some heavy emotional residue from childhood pushed my nervous system way past its comfort zone. So, I decided to put myself on what I’ve been calling a “personal quarantine.” It was me versus me—a commitment to calming my nervous system, and creating at least a few days a week where I woke up, ate, and slept at the same time. Nothing fancy. Just rhythm.... anyway you can read about that here.....

For me, that ritual or routine means waking up early, hydrating, and beginning my day with connecting with my self through breathwork , energetic awareness & physical conditioning . I like to have 3 hours of slow luxuriating getting in to my day , breathe stretch and make coffee or matcha. My current training blends elements of dance therapeutics, yoga, fascia awakening, and high-intensity interval training. It’s sweaty, yes—but it’s also ceremonial.
This return to my full practice felt like a re-entry into my body as a channel. The discipline isn’t primarily about the shape of my body—though sure, that’s a nice bonus—it’s about the shape of my energy. When I train and move without the constant mind chatter, something opens. It doesn’t have to be the most intense session; just enough to invite the sweat, to stir things up, to let a little fire move through. That sweat has a cleansing effect. By the time I sit to meditate, I feel clear—completely available to receive more subtlety. Because I’ve taken the time to deeply know what is me, where I begin and where I end, sitting in silence becomes something else entirely. I’m no longer sorting through noise. I’m attuned. I know what’s mine, and I can feel what isn’t.
And in one of those post-training meditations, something extraordinary came through.
I recently completed Jeffrey Allen’s Duality course on Mindvalley, and it’s profoundly expanded my perception of energy and presence. I genuinely recommend it to anyone delving into the energetic field—especially if you're ready to sharpen your discernment between what’s yours, what’s not, and how to navigate both with steadiness and grace. The final practice I did—paired with my own embodiment and breathwork—opened a new portal of understanding.
In that meditation, I found myself in a radiant plane of awareness, far beyond the edges of my body. We were instructed to observe our guides. And there, a falcon appeared—majestic, proud, still, fierce. Then, in a swirl of gold and light, he transformed into a being of immense power who happened to also be a very handsome man. He said, simply: I am Jibril.... Um, you mean like the Angel?
It’s difficult to put into words what I felt in that moment. The energy of angelic guidance isn’t soft or fluffy—it’s pure, electric light. It didn’t comfort me; it reorganized me. I felt both undone and entirely whole. Something had shifted, permanently. I snapped back to my reality and grabbed my note book....
From this meeting emerged a new clarity. I saw the web—what I now call the Pyramid Grid. It’s not a grid made of lines; it’s a network of resonance. It links people, intentions, memories, ancient sites, and future visions. It links Cairo to Luxor, to New York, to Tokyo, to New Jersey to Santa Cruz to you.

This vision was the seed of a new series of meditations I’ve begun hosting online—and the next live activation will take place on June 21st, during the Summer Solstice. We’ll be tuning into this grid, anchoring ourselves and our intentions into its timeless weave. Sewing seed of the next 6 months to the winter solstice. This is an open invitation to join me, whether you’re new to energy work or you’ve been walking this path for years.

I’ll be broadcasting from Egypt, and the resonance here is no joke. The land is charged, the sites are portals, and the veil is thin. We’re not just visualizing pyramids—we’re remembering them in our bodies.
If you feel the call to go deeper—not just into a single meditation, but into how to live a life of clarity, energetic discernment, and embodied alignment—then I’d love to work with you one-on-one.
I’ve taken an alternative path in life, and that path has been about fine-tuning every layer of my being through movement, meditation, energy work, and breath. I’ve built a way of living that allows me to be in tune with my inner compass. And I’d be honored to help you do the same.
